Barts is quickly establishing a place in the snow gear fashion market through its great range of beautifully designed winter knitwear accessories. The Barts name comes from Dutch founder Bart Koene. Barts have come along way from his humble beginnings selling his homemade shorts and beach ware on the french coast in the late 80's.
