Wake Boards

Wake boarding is essentially a combination of water skiing, snow boarding and other surfing techniques. It came around in the 1980's in response to the advent of Snow Boarding. A no brainer really. Although various forms of the sport had been emerging around the world for many years the official name only emerged in the 1990's.
